Return Policy:
Before returning any item, please Contact Customer Service at service@jacquardproducts.com or call 800-442-0455 or +1-707-433-9577 for a return authorization number. Returns must be made within 30 days. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Damaged/Quantity Discrepancies of Shipments:
All shortages and/or damage claims must be reported within 15 days of receipt of goods.
