Jacquard Products wants everyone to be able to shop our store, learn our techniques and use our online tools, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or keyboard-only navigation.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities.

What we're doing

  • Writing text descriptions for product images and other meaningful images
  • Building pages that can be used with a keyboard and with screen readers
  • Choosing colors and text sizes that are easy to read
  • Labeling forms, buttons and links clearly
  • Reviewing new pages, features and tools for accessibility as we build them

Accessibility is ongoing work, and we keep improving the site as we go.

Third-party content

Some parts of our site come from other companies, such as embedded Instagram videos, maps, reviews, and checkout and payment services. We choose partners with accessibility in mind, but we can't fully control how their content works.
